We did a deep dive into the PUMA culture through workshops and interviews. Through our research we embraced history. Rudolf Dassler chose the puma to represent his sports brand because it has speed and spirit. The perfect fit for an inspirational Employee Value Proposition.
We support the EVP with 4 core values. Composed by insightful input from appointed department ambassadors. Resulting in a complete concept universe built from inside out. A strong internal brand that creates unity and promotes creativity

Develop a recruitment campaign that create desire in joining the PUMA team
SOLUTION
Careers should not fit in a box, much like people. Therefore we asked PUMA employees to write down a question that would help them get direction to take the next step in their career. We then asked the leadership team to give honest answers while filming them. We wanted to showcase the diversity of possibilities at PUMA. Resulting i significant increase in high quality talent applicants and winner of Best Place to Work in Germany

SOLUTION
We designed a scalable shop in shop sport experience. using athlete appearances for style guidance, sounds design and visual design as an injection of sport energy. The result was that the customer stayed longer in the space, inspired to do more shopping.
